Nadia Bothorel brings an impressive 21-year track record from her tenure at the globally renowned Swedish retail powerhouse, Ikea, spanning from 1998 to 2019. Her extensive background includes leadership roles in internal training programs, store management, and a pivotal stint as Deputy General Manager of Ikea France. Notably, she served as Director of the Global Store Development Program from 2017 to 2019, playing a central role in shaping Ikea’s global retail landscape. For the past four years, she has lent her expertise as a dedicated business coach for executives and managers.
