Phase Eight, Hobbs to open at Caledonia Park under dual banner

Phase Eight and Hobbs Join Forces at Caledonia Park Outlet Village

Caledonia Park, Scotland’s leading outlet village, is delighted to introduce two iconic UK fashion brands to its ever-expanding retail lineup – Phase Eight and Hobbs.

Owned by TFG Brands, these renowned labels are set to share the spotlight with recent additions such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and Kate Spade, all under the ownership of Railpen.

Scheduled to open in Q4, Phase Eight and Hobbs will occupy a spacious 3,035 sq ft unit with a distinctive dual fascia. This marks a significant moment as Hobbs makes its debut in the Scottish outlet scene, while Phase Eight expands its Scottish presence. Shoppers can anticipate an exquisite collection of premium women’s fashion, including tailored and contemporary occasionwear, as well as an array of stylish shoes and accessories.

«These strategic signings align with the brands’ ambitious retail expansion strategy, emphasizing the establishment of larger and more exceptional stores in prime shopping locations,» noted Railpen.

Caraline Money, Global Group Retail Director at TFG Brands, expressed her excitement, stating, «The signing of Hobbs and Phase Eight at Caledonia Park is a pivotal moment for both brands. It not only marks Hobbs’ first outlet store in Scotland but also enables us to strengthen our nationwide presence and connect with a previously untapped customer base.»

Maria Averkina, Asset and Development Manager at Railpen, added, «This is an exhilarating development that underscores the caliber of retailers choosing Caledonia Park as their retail home. Caledonia Park is solidifying its position as Scotland’s premier premium outlet village.»
