Feeric On Tour Sofia: A Platform for Conscious Creation

Feeric’s new chapter unfolded in Sofia with a double showcase, reaffirming its position as one of Europe’s most dynamic platforms for fashion education and promotion. Its presentation in the Bulgarian capital was a celebration of collaboration, creativity, and the shared conviction that the future of fashion depends on nurturing new voices. “Through Feeric Hub and our partnership with NEPI Rockcastle, we aim to inspire designers to adopt responsible practices in creation and production, using local resources. Only in this way can we build a stronger circular economy and a healthier future for fashion,” shared Mitichi Preda, President of Feeric Hub.

The stages of Paradise Center and Serdika Center were transformed into vibrant spaces where students and brands showcased the results of their educational and professional journeys. On the first evening, Paradise Center hosted a collective collection celebrated members of Feeric Hub, including Olivia Kobeissi, Atelier Verèdia, Daiana Stăncioiu, and Dualitae, who stood as ambassadors of how the project supports personal brand development. They were joined by designers from UAD Cluj and Unarte Bucharest.

The second day at Serdika Center was focused on the students, whose energy and talent captivated the audience. The show opened with “Timeless Threads”, a thought-provoking collection under the Hooldra brand, created by students from Romania, Bulgaria, Lithuania, North Macedonia, and Greece. The collection encourages a deeper transformation in how fashion is created, consumed, and valued, emphasizing conscious design, responsible production, and long-term thinking over short-lived trends.

The finale highlighted the best of Bulgarian design talent, with creations by students from New Bulgarian University, the National Academy of Art – Sofia, and the Academy of Music, Dance and Fine Arts “Prof. Asen Diamandiev” – Plovdiv; a moment of local pride and a glimpse into the promising future of the country’s fashion community.

Each stop of Feeric On Tour builds a bridge between students and their communities, turning fashion into a social conversation about values, identity, and sustainability. In Sofia, that conversation blossomed through every design, every idea, and every spark of inspiration that illuminated the runway. The result: a more informed public, more committed designers, and a market that begins to value not only design, but also the purpose behind each garment.
