Estée Lauder Companies Appoints Quentin Roach as Chief Procurement Officer

Estée Lauder Companies is delighted to announce the immediate appointment of Quentin Roach as Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer, a strategic move aimed at fortifying our global supply chain.

Reporting directly to Roberto Canevari, Executive Vice President of Global Supply Chain, Quentin Roach will play a pivotal role in optimizing our strategic supplier relationships and enhancing end-to-end synchronization within our supplier network.

In addition to overseeing third-party manufacturing procurement, Quentin will closely collaborate with our global manufacturing team to seamlessly integrate external and internal networks. His expertise will be instrumental in researching and analyzing new supply base channels, identifying technological innovations, promoting cross-enterprise supplier and product standardization, fostering expanded partnerships, and driving process improvements.

Furthermore, Quentin Roach will spearhead initiatives related to responsible sourcing and supplier inclusion and diversity, aligning with our commitment to sustainable practices.

Before joining Estée Lauder, Quentin Roach served as Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Chief Procurement Officer at Mondelēz International. His extensive experience includes leadership roles in supply chain and procurement at renowned companies such as Merck & Co., Bristol Myers Squibb, Bausch + Lomb, and General Motors. Quentin currently serves on the board of directors for US Foods.
