Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein Debut at Scotland’s Premier Designer Outlet Village, Caledonia Park

Railpen, the owner of Caledonia Park, proudly announces the arrival of two global fashion icons, Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, at what is touted as «Scotland’s premium designer outlet village.» This strategic addition enhances Caledonia Park’s retail landscape, known for its curated selection of renowned brands.

Tommy Hilfiger introduces a 5,000 sq ft store, offering an extensive range of menswear and womenswear collections. Positioned alongside anchor brands like Nike, Adidas, and Polo by Ralph Lauren, the store features a meticulously designed interior with a signature color palette and wooden furnishings, crafted in-house. Notably, this marks the 15th outlet store for Tommy Hilfiger in the UK, reinforcing its strong presence in the retail market.

In parallel, Calvin Klein, a part of the PVH stable, unveils a 4,100 sq ft unit adjacent to premium labels Boss and Lindt. The store presents a curated selection, including denim, daywear, outerwear, accessories, loungewear, and intimates. Calvin Klein’s entry into Caledonia Park signifies its 16th outlet store, reflecting the brand’s commitment to accessible luxury.

Maria Averkina, Railpen’s Asset and Development Manager, expresses excitement about these additions, highlighting the significance of a robust collection of aspirational brands in Caledonia Park’s leasing strategy. The debut of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein not only serves as an endorsement for Caledonia Park but also solidifies its appeal to global retailers, cementing its status as Scotland’s premier designer outlet village.

Looking ahead, TFG’s Hobbs and Phase Eight are set to open a joint 1,112 sq ft unit later this month, marking the first Scottish outlet for Hobbs and the second for Phase Eight. The continuous expansion of Caledonia Park aligns with its commitment to delivering an unparalleled shopping experience and a diverse array of premium brands.
