In a strategic move to bolster its rare materials sourcing division, LVMH Métiers d’Art has acquired a 100% stake in Renato Menegatti, now rebranded as M.ON.DE. Renowned for its metal components expertise, M.ON.DE, based near Vicenza, specializes in applying jewelry techniques to craft small metallic components for luxury accessories. The acquisition reinforces LVMH Métiers d’Art’s commitment to innovation and craftsmanship, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the luxury metal components sector. This expansion adds to LVMH’s existing portfolio, which includes GBJM in Taiwan and Jade Group in Portugal and France.
