Louis Vuitton, an iconic brand under the LVMH group, has proudly announced its latest addition to the team of athlete ambassadors – the remarkable French fencer Enzo Lefort. Lefort, renowned for his accomplishments in the foil discipline, is set to represent Louis Vuitton as part of the luxury brand’s commitment to the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, of which LVMH is a premium partner.
Enzo Lefort, born in Cayenne, French Guiana, boasts an impressive fencing career, including two individual world championship titles and several European team championships. In 2020, he clinched a team gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics. Beyond his sporting prowess, Lefort is a gifted photographer and author, known for works like «Behind the Mask» and «Olympic Backstage.»
In his role as a Louis Vuitton ambassador, Lefort will also be the patron of the 2023-24 edition of LVMH’s Master Games, an event involving members of the Institut des métiers d’excellence (LVMH’s vocational training institute). Apprentices specializing in various fields will be tasked with reimagining fencing’s traditional codes, resulting in new outfits, accessories, and innovative foils, among other creative ventures. The most outstanding creations will be showcased at the LVMH pavilion during the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
