Harrods and Valentino Illuminate London with a Pink Christmas Extravaganza

London’s festive landscape will be aglow with the enchanting collaboration between Harrods and Valentino, promising a spectacular Christmas experience. Following the success of last year’s Dior partnership, Harrods has joined forces with Valentino to transform its Knightsbridge store into a luxury wonderland for the 2023 holiday season.

This collaboration unfolds with a majestic nine-meter-tall Christmas tree at the Hans Crescent entrance, radiating in the iconic Valentino Pink. Complementing this visual feast is a pop-up truck offering exclusive Valentino hot beverages and festive treats. Within the store, a captivating installation showcases Valentino’s seasonal collection and accessories, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in the magic of Christmas.

Valentino’s festive touch extends to the Hans Crescent windows, featuring dazzling displays that capture the essence of Christmas at Harrods. The partnership’s global reach extends to Harrods’ presence in China, promising unforgettable winter experiences at The Harrods Tea Rooms and The Harrods Piano Bar at Cha House in Shanghai.

This collaboration marks another chapter in the longstanding partnership between Valentino and Harrods, which began with a temporary space on the first floor. A larger women’s ready-to-wear boutique, inspired by architectural movements and Roman history, is set to open in mid-December. Additionally, a bijoux-dedicated boutique in December will immerse customers in a Pink PP room filled with perfectly giftable items, bringing Valentino even closer to the heart of London.

While Valentino takes the spotlight, Harrods embraces other fashion icons this season. The Schiaparelli pop-up by Door 6 on Hans Crescent offers an exploration of the designer’s world until November 28. Beauty enthusiasts can indulge in the Harrods Beauty Advent Calendar, featuring curated items from prestigious brands.

Harrods’ Creative Visual Director, Alexander Wells-Greco, underscores the significance of Christmas windows in conveying the theme of extraordinary gifts and the joy of giving. The visually dynamic concept, enhanced by digital cubes and luminous animations, invites customers to explore the store and discover the perfect gifts for their loved ones.

This Christmas, Harrods and Valentino invite locals and global visitors to experience the magic of the season in a pink-hued wonderland, where luxury and enchantment converge.
