Dolce & Gabbana’s ‘Sleek’ Collection A Masterpiece Before Jeff Bezos and Celebrities

Dolce & Gabbana’s latest menswear show, titled ‘Sleek,’ took center stage as VIP clients, including Jeff Bezos, K-pop stars, and the elite, gathered to witness a celebration of fashion mastery. The renowned Italian duo, known for their joyous success, presented a collection that seamlessly merged super silhouettes with sass, sex appeal, and impeccable finishing.

Featuring 62 looks, the show boasted appearances by uber billionaire Jeff Bezos, his wife Laura Gonzales, and her son Nikko Gonzales, who confidently graced the runway in a sleek black crepe double-breasted suit. The star-studded event also welcomed Asian pop sensations, including Rowoon, DPR Ian, Younghoon, Hyunjae from Korea, and Force, Book Kasidet from Thailand.

Dolce & Gabbana’s Fall/Winter 24/25 collection emerged as one of Milan’s most creatively tailored expressions in recent memory. The dynamic duo introduced innovative cape/blazers, cape/tuxedos with light conical shapes, and caban-style dinner jackets that defied expectations, becoming instant must-haves.

Staged at Dolce & Gabbana’s Viale Piave show space, the runway featured a double stairway, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of a grand ball or chic nightclub.

The predominantly black collection, accented with pale gray, silver, and subtle denim, showcased garments suitable for nighttime elegance or facing sub-zero temperatures. Noteworthy were Dolce & Gabbana’s faux fur Klondike coats, impressively crafted for both style and sustainability.

Prior to the show, clients adorned in metallic tuxedos showcased a shift in industry dynamics, with seats traditionally reserved for editors now embraced by clients.

Set to moody piano music, the show concluded with two remarkable looks: a black model in a spiky afro donning an all-black ensemble and a patrician young gentleman blending Domenico Dolce with Downton Abbey in a playboy mini frack and white Etonian collar shirt.
