London, UK – ASOS, the prominent UK-based online fashion retailer, has announced a delay in the release of its annual results. Originally slated for publication on Wednesday, the results will now be unveiled on November 1. The decision to postpone was influenced by the necessity for extended auditing procedures by PwC, the company’s auditor.

ASOS clarified that the delay is a result of PwC’s ongoing audit work, with PwC assuring the ASOS board that the outstanding procedures are relatively minor in scope.

The company further affirmed that its performance for the period up to September 3, 2023, aligns with the figures disclosed in its September 26 trading update.

By rescheduling the results release to November 1, ASOS aims to provide stakeholders with a more comprehensive and meticulously audited overview of its financial performance and prospects.
