Nestled within an elegant pre-war building, this boutique, occupying over 288 square meters, creates a unique environment that encapsulates the Zimmermann brand essence while embracing the local Parisian charm. Founder and Creative Director Nicky Zimmermann expresses her enthusiasm, stating, ‘It’s such an exciting time in Paris, and it’s great to be opening our new store on Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré.’
Previously occupied by Salvatore Ferragamo, this multi-story retail haven, strategically located near Zimmermann’s European headquarters, offers an optimistic and warm space for clients to immerse themselves in the Zimmermann universe. Designed in collaboration with Studio McQualter, the store seamlessly blends sophistication with approachability.
The ground floor welcomes visitors with plaster walls, Palladiana marble flooring, freestanding wardrobes, and reclaimed timber window displays, creating an inviting atmosphere. Ascend the pre-cast concrete staircase to the second floor, where galvanized metallic and glass doors separate collections, anchored by a striking red vintage lacquered Chinese coromandel screen.
Designed to capture the unique blend of Australian optimism and haute bohemian panache, the store features eclectic elements, including Phillippe Barbier table lamps, mid-century metallic wall sconces, bespoke striped Kilim rugs, Bauhaus armchairs, and vibrant Jim Thompson double-sided curtaining.
Art pieces, such as a mural artwork by Alistair McLuckie, modernist vases from Nelly Yassef and Herman Kahler, and paintings by Australian artists like Troy Emery, enrich the store’s ambiance. Zimmermann’s Paris boutique debuts with the Fall ’23 collection, showcased at Paris Fashion Week, solidifying the brand’s global presence with over 60 boutiques worldwide.
