Uniqlo, the global clothing retail giant, reaffirms its commitment to community impact by partnering with the anti-poverty charity Trussell Trust for the second consecutive year.
As part of Uniqlo’s mission to enhance lives through its LifeWear philosophy, the Arigato Festival, a biannual sales event spanning the EU and UK from November 23 to December 21, will feature till-point donations. During this period, Uniqlo pledges to match all customer donations in the UK, up to an impressive £25,000.
The Arigato Festival serves as Uniqlo’s expression of gratitude to its customers and local communities, offering special events, activities, and exclusive promotions. As part of this initiative, Uniqlo will donate 20,000 HeatTech clothing items to those in need across the UK and 10 European markets, solidifying its commitment to charitable partnerships.
In addition to charitable contributions, Uniqlo is set to host sustainability workshops through its Re.Uniqlo Studios across Europe. These workshops aim to educate customers on the significance of repair, remake, and recycle, fostering a deeper understanding of sustainable practices.
Uniqlo’s comprehensive approach, integrating charitable giving and sustainability education, reflects its dedication to driving positive change. By actively participating in the Arigato Festival, customers not only contribute to charitable causes but also align with Uniqlo’s mission to cultivate a more sustainable and compassionate future.
This collaboration between Uniqlo and Trussell Trust exemplifies the brand’s ongoing commitment to social responsibility and community well-being. Together, they work towards making a meaningful difference in the lives of those facing adversity, embodying the true spirit of gratitude and compassion.
Join Uniqlo and Trussell Trust in this impactful initiative, contributing to a brighter and more compassionate future for all.
