The renowned denim brand under the umbrella of Italy’s Fashion Box group, based in Veneto, concluded the 2022 fiscal year with a remarkable surge of 18.3% compared to 2021. This surge translated into sales reaching €339.6 million and an impressive Ebitda margin of 15%.
Matteo Sinigaglia, the CEO of Fashion Box SpA, expressed enthusiasm about the exceptional performance in 2022, highlighting a significant acceleration in growth rates. Sinigaglia stated, «Our current objective is to persist with our existing strategy, focusing on product innovation and substantial investments in communicating our brand’s core values. We aim to maintain our hard-earned positions while remaining vigilant about the macroeconomic and geopolitical factors that influence our operations.»
Fashion Box, represented by its brands Replay, Replay&Sons, and We Are Replay, has a global presence in 50 countries across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Latin America, and Africa. The distribution network includes 138 single-brand stores, 223 corners and shops-in-shops, and a network of over 4,000 multi-brand retail outlets. Notably, over 90% of the brand’s sales originate outside Italy.
