Supermodel Naomi Campbell has transitioned into a new role as a talk show host during the COVID-19 quarantine. Her daily live series, «No Filter with Naomi,» streamed on YouTube, features in-depth conversations with her celebrity friends, including Vogue’s Anna Wintour and fellow models Cindy Crawford and Karlie Kloss.
Unlike traditional talk show appearances that last just a few minutes, Campbell’s remote chats are 30 minutes long, allowing for a more relaxed and personal interaction. She aims to show that celebrities are approachable and offer viewers a chance to get to know them better.
In addition to her talk show, Campbell has been hosting daily live workout sessions on Instagram, attracting an audience of approximately 50,000 participants.
Regarding the future of the fashion industry after the pandemic, Campbell expressed uncertainty about the fate of fashion shows but remains optimistic that work will continue, albeit in a different format.
Currently, she serves as a judge on Amazon’s fashion design competition show, «Making the Cut,» where she is excited about the opportunities it provides for emerging designers.
Despite her glamorous career, Campbell’s first post-social distancing plan is heartwarming: she looks forward to hugging her mom.
