Kohl’s, a prominent U.S. retailer, proudly announces the appointment of Wendy Arlin as an independent director to its board. Wendy, a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and accounting, brings valuable expertise in the consumer industry to Kohl’s.
With an impressive career, Wendy spent almost two decades at L Brands, Inc., serving as the Executive Vice President and CFO of Bath & Body Works, Inc. until her retirement in July 2023. Her role included overseeing crucial aspects of corporate finance, financial reporting, and accounting.
As a certified public accountant, Wendy’s background also features 12 years at KPMG in the audit practice, where she eventually became the partner in charge of central Ohio consumer and industrial/information, communications, and entertainment business practices.
Beyond her role at Kohl’s, Wendy is currently a director at The Wendy’s Company and WK Kellogg Co., contributing her expertise to various committees.
