Their findings unveiled an extraordinary «halo» effect generated by Amazon Prime Day. This effect ignited a shopping spree across various retailer websites, resulting in a significant 7.69% surge in web traffic compared to the previous week. Shoppers were on a mission to validate and secure the best deals.

Meanwhile, Sensormatic, a shopper traffic analysis authority, conducted a study among over 1,000 UK shoppers, revealing a compelling trend. An additional 38% were gearing up to commence their Christmas shopping earlier this year.
