The esteemed U.S. retailer has appointed a dynamic lineup of key leaders, heralding a strategic shift in its approach to business and customer experience.
Kelly Cook, who joined David’s Bridal in 2019 as EVP, chief marketing and IT officer, now assumes the role of President, Brand, Technology, and Finance. In this critical position, Cook reports directly to CEO Jim Marcum. She retains her responsibilities for marketing and technology while taking on the added challenge of overseeing finance, underscoring her pivotal role in shaping the company’s comprehensive strategy.
Nancy Viall, who joined the team in 2020 as Chief Merchandising, Design, and Inventory Management Officer, now steps into the role of President, Merchandising, and Supply Chain. Reporting to Marcum, Viall maintains her focus on merchandising and product development, and she takes on the expanded role of supervising the supply chain and distribution centers to ensure a seamless end-to-end process.
Bob Walker, Chief Retail Officer since 2019, assumes the vital role of Chief Operating Officer. Reporting directly to Marcum, Walker continues to lead the field sales team and store operations, emphasizing an exceptional customer experience. In addition, he now oversees the contact center, extending support to the field customer service and sales team. Walker also takes on the responsibilities of real estate management and loss prevention.
Rob Cooper, a valued member of the David’s Bridal team since 2006, serving in financial planning and analysis, is now appointed Chief Financial Officer. In this capacity, Cooper reports directly to Kelly Cook, leading the finance team and becoming an integral member of the executive leadership team.
Andrea Dauphinee, who joined the company in 2018 as SVP, Human Resources, continues to be at the helm of the people function at David’s Bridal. In her new role as Chief Resources Officer, she reports directly to CEO Jim Marcum.
