Paul Wilkinson, formerly overseeing global marketing and commercial operations and serving as US Managing Director, now assumes the role of Deputy Group Managing Director and Group Commercial Director. In this expanded capacity, Wilkinson will lead global sales and marketing, reporting to Group Managing Director Steve Buck. Retaining a seat on the executive board, Wilkinson continues to contribute to Barbour’s success across the UK, US, and global markets.
Concurrently, Neil Parker joins Barbour as the Managing Director of Global Distributors. With a background as the Managing Director for the Asia Pacific region at Gant, Parker brings extensive experience to his new role. His leadership roles at Crocs, Tommy Hilfiger, and Levi’s make him a valuable addition. Given Parker’s proven track record in the Asia Pacific region, his focus will play a pivotal role in expanding Barbour’s footprint in this strategic market. Reporting directly to Paul Wilkinson, Parker’s appointment aligns with Barbour’s commitment to global expansion and consolidating its position as a leading heritage brand.
