After her tenure at Etam, she ventured into the world of entrepreneurship by launching her own women’s underwear brand, AnaShaf, in 2019. Her leadership prowess then led her to the helm of French fashion label The Kooples from 2021 until June 2023.
A graduate of HEC, Marie Schott first joined the Etam Group in 2007, following five years at Vivarte. Her mission was to create Undiz, a groundbreaking underwear brand that she skillfully managed until 2011. It was in that pivotal year that she assumed leadership of the flagship Etam brand.

Etam, known for its recent annual fashion show at Le Palace, operates an impressive 660 points of sale, including 420 in France. This summer, the brand ventured into new territory, opening its first U.S. store in Miami.
