Fashion for Good (FFG), the premier sustainability and ethics-focused platform, has unveiled a strategic shift aimed at propelling the widespread adoption and scaling of regenerative fashion innovations. This transformative initiative includes a substantial commitment to bolstering the Innovation Platform, intensifying efforts in brand integration, supplier collaboration, financing, and impact measurement.
In a bold move, FFG will close the doors of the Amsterdam Fashion for Good Museum, transforming it into an expanded blended-use space and co-working hub starting in June. This strategic evolution emphasizes FFG’s dedication to fostering deeper collaboration within its sustainable fashion community.
The Museum’s final exhibition, focused on circularity, is set to open at the end of January, marking a powerful conclusion to its impactful journey.
FFG’s strategic shift follows an extensive consultation process, with over 100 interviews involving brands, innovators, manufacturers, investors, and industry experts. This has led to the creation of a dedicated Scaling Team, offering tailored support for innovative initiatives focused on brand adoption, supplier integration, financing, and impact measurement.
A noteworthy addition is the launch of the Strategic Supplier Programme, actively involving brands’ key suppliers in scaling and implementing promising innovations, creating a seamless connection between supply and demand.
In tandem, investment support is being amplified to cover all stages of innovation and capital types. FFG remains committed to public education, sharing insights, learnings, and demonstrating proof points. The platform aims to amplify its voice on innovations and industry change through strategic media partnerships.
