Recognizing the utmost importance of this, John Lewis Partnership is thrilled to announce the appointment of a Head of Brand and Store Experience, signaling their commitment to delivering outstanding retail experiences.
Paul Jones will officially assume his role on January 8 and will report directly to Charlotte Lock, Pan-Partnership Customer Director. Jones’s mandate includes shaping the customer strategy for both the John Lewis and John Lewis Partnership brands. His mission is to chart the strategic course for future brand propositions, innovation, and store layouts across John Lewis’s extensive network of 34 shops.
His overarching goal is to harmonize the best products and services to craft captivating and exciting customer experiences. These experiences will bring to life the brand’s unwavering commitment to being there for all of life’s moments, including the eagerly awaited Christmas offerings.
Paul Jones brings a wealth of experience from his 12-year tenure at Tesco, where he held key roles such as Head of Brand and Head of Brand, Store Design. Prior to his time at Tesco, Jones served as Design Director and Associate Director at JHP Design, as well as a Senior Designer at Chadwick International. His impressive portfolio includes collaborations with esteemed clients like Harrods and Selfridges.
